Veiw from the Tower

Some rocky beach from the top of a tower on a large house, that I honestly can't remember what it is. I remember our tour guide saying it was like the white house of china during the breif democracy before Mao took over, but he was often wrong with his information, so I'm not really sure if it's true. The building was very gothic in style, and was near the beach.
